Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of Evolmic Kids, operated by Cotechie (“Cotechie,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, adding a child profile, or using Evolmic Kids as a guest, you agree to these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle information, including children’s information.

Evolmic Kids accounts are created and held by adults (18 or older) — a Parent or guardian (“Parent”). Children use Evolmic Kids only through a profile the Parent creates within their own account, or in guest mode without any account. The Parent is responsible for their child’s use of the service under their profile, and for any PIN set on that profile.

Anyone can practice a set without creating an account. Guest results are not saved beyond the current session and no profile is created.

Some features (such as extended history or additional subjects) require a paid subscription, billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Unless stated otherwise at checkout:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change subscription pricing going forward; we’ll notify you before a price change affects your next renewal.

Parents on the free plan may see advertising on Parent-facing pages of the dashboard, as described in our Privacy Policy; subscribers do not see ads.

If you create and submit practice packs through Creator Studio, you retain ownership of that content but grant Cotechie a license to host, distribute, and display it within Evolmic Kids. Submitted packs are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed if they don’t meet our content guidelines, particularly around suitability for children.

• Don’t attempt to access another Parent’s account or child profile, or bypass a profile PIN.
• Don’t scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell Evolmic Kids’s content or infrastructure.
• Don’t upload or submit content that is unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate for children.
• Don’t use the service in any way that disrupts it for other users.

You may stop using Evolmic Kids and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse that puts other users’ children at risk.

Evolmic Kids is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cotechie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cotechie is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise for consumer protection.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Evolmic Kids after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
